A recognized leader in strategic leadership and youth development. DTM serves as a Governor in her Local Authority in Wales, guiding young adults in vision, ethos, and strategic direction. DTM is a tireless Advocate supporting victims and survivors of Domestic Abuse, Sexual Violence, Female Genital Mutilation, Forced Marriage, Honour Based Violence, Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking.

Tsitsi Mercy is the CEO and President of Equipped for Excellence Women’s Ministry International, founded in 2009, DTM has built a dynamic, cross-cultural platform that supports, trains, equips, and inspires women and girls, breaking denominational and societal barriers. Her work extends to Women of Faith Behind Bars (WFBB), where she provides voluntary support programs for incarcerated women, offering hope and rehabilitation.
